Direct Sale Rep covering Colorado, New Mexico, and Eastern Wyoming. My responsibilities include all maintenance and relationship with accounts, both in the outdoor/action realm and the optical realm.

Manage training platforms and decks to be sent out to reps and accounts across the world. Travel to various locations to train sales reps and accounts on brand story and product. Responsible for managing and overseeing all events nationwide and internationally. Liable for management of event and marketing interns. Fielding of all PR and marketing requests.

Responsible for global event coordination, including international trade shows, photo shoots, and festival coordination, as well as national and local event coordination and activation. Liable for sending out and implementing global training platforms and marketing materials to over 300 world-wide sales representatives. Help in product design and go to market plans for products being released to representatives and consumers. Manage PR and marketing inquiries. Manage our ambassador and athlete team.

Responsible for all aspects of nation-wide events, from planning to pre and post execution, to the marketing that goes into making each event come to life. Help on a variety of marketing projects from local to global campaigns. Responsible for PR inquiries about the company and products at hand.
