analysis to stay ahead of trends and present regularly to Merch/Design for future development

Total volume of business $90M at retail for Dockers at Macy's and Levi's Men's at Lord & Taylor. Responsibilities include:
Negotiate account plans, forecast sales, receipts and markdowns, and manage dilution to maximize profitability. Partner with Planning to manage inventory and delivery flow to maximize turn, increase revenue and exceed ship targets. Build
bottoms-up assortment plans to drive top line financials. Work closely with Sales Finance to manage and forecast P&L and
achieve revenue/dilution targets each month. Develop seasonal product strategies to ensure account needs are met, focusing on elevating the consumer experience with premium product offerings and exclusive programs. Increase E-Com volume
and productivity through search/browse optimization, site audits, site merchandising, and assortment planning

Dillard's, Lord & Taylor, Belk and Men's Wearhouse. Previously managed Macy's business of $100M. Responsibilities
include: Manage open-to-buy to effectively forecast sales, receipt plans, markdowns and gross margin to maximize annual
bookings and increase profitability. Collaborate closely with Merchandising to create custom assortments that are
appropriate for each account's needs and that maximize internal gross margin. Monitor weekly, monthly and seasonal sales
& stock reporting to manage pricing and to make strategic business decisions in-season to achieve sales goals. Manage
inventory flow and customer service to achieve fill rate goals.

Total volume of business $50M at retail; Responsible for all aspects of key domestic menswear wholesale accounts:
Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Belk, Nordstrom and DXL. Develop innovative strategies to improve profitability and increase sales volume. Create and analyze each open-to-buy to effectively manage sales forecasting, receipt plans,
markdowns and gross margin to maximize annual bookings. Develop strong relationships with existing accounts, and
continually search opportunities to expand distribution to new accounts. Monitor weekly, monthly and seasonal sales & stock reporting. Manage inventory flow and customer service to achieve fill rate goals.

Achieved $300M sales goal for national Women's RTW wholesale shop-in-shop business. Developed innovative sales
strategies and growth initiatives to maximize profitability and increase total volume. Analyzed store and product
performance trends to formulate seasonal retail execution strategies. Managed capital expenditures budget and was
responsible for financial planning and forecasting, floor plan negotiations, and fixture plan approvals for all new shop
locations. Responsible for managing all staffing needs including budgeting / forecasting, recruiting and hiring. Managed
