Outgoing and detail-oriented. Proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships. 7+ years experience in general office and administration, social media marketing and experience in sales.

- Prepare, review, and process court documents and forms.
- Establish and maintain case files.
- Explain court procedural information.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Assist variety of customers from socio-economic backgrounds as well as in various emotional states.
- Proficient use in Odyssey Case Manager and related computer programs.
- Collect and process proper fees.
- Provide excellent customer service to general public and court staff.

       - 6+ years work experience with children (ages 3-5) and youth and teens (ages 7-18).
	- Able to respond to individual student’s learning, physical and emotional needs.
	- Plan and utilize programs that meet physical, emotional, educational and social needs of children.
	- Provide excellent communication with parents regarding progress or issues relating to child.
	- Model and encourage students to utilize proper health, safety and nutritional practices.
	- Work with children with special needs such as autism.

Program Assistant

        - Process daily orders using ProductCart Software.
	- Package and ship products to customers (via. United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS worldwide).
	- Extensive use with shipping programs such as Endicia Professional Shipping Solution and DAZzle.
	- Use social networking sites such as Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook to keep customers update to date with news and newly added items.
	- Handle money orders and check transactions.
	- Use online companies such as PayPal and Linkpoint to process returns and customer transactions.

Customer Service / Office Assistant

        - Take check and cash payments using basic mathematical skills.
	- Routinely check perimeter of building for trash, open doors, windows and wildfire.
