I am an active lifestyle enthusiast with a passion for action sports, the ocean and good vibes. I thrive on working hard and overcoming challenges.

Through my educational background, work experience and athletic career in action sports I know what it takes to create proper brand recognition and remain on the leading edge of innovation and new scene development. With a keen eye for detail I thrive on challenges and push myself to be the best I can be while encouraging others to do the same. I’m a very fast learner who isn’t afraid to look beyond conventional ways of learning. 

I am looking to obtain a full- time Marketing position in the action sports industry, with a company that not only shares my passion but will allow me to use my creativity to grow the brands social media platform, build and maintain athlete/ sponsor relationships and reach new customers.

- Establish and maintain relationships with major sponsors and vendors. Act as a first point of contact for sponsors for any needs, enquiries, or issues that arise.
- Manage the direction and delivery of all contractual rights and work with sponsors to deliver their activation goals.
- Monitor graphic standards for logo usage, promotional restrictions and sponsor recognition program to ensure fees paid are proportionate to benefits delivered.
- Provide sponsors a measurement of their return on investment through sales, insights and coverage.
- Research and report on current, future trends, audience engagement, audience growth, content reach, etc. through all social channels.
- Compile reports for management, sponsors and athletes showing results (ROI).
- Advocate 

- Assume overall responsibility for all market development surrounding products, procedures, technologies
- Coordinate educational workshops & webinars to capture leads & provide value to clients
- Plan and execute all company events; manage relationships with vendors, venues & speakers
- Responsible for providing proactive, focused attention to assigned accounts to get maximum value from company products
- Increase active user rates, reduce inactive user rates and improve new user retention
- Demonstrate domain, oral and written communication and relationship management
- Monitor analytical dashboards for reporting, trend recognition, decision making, and strategic planning 


Global Market Development 

- Fastest 5 Minutes in Motorsports Broadcasting WORCS Pro and Semi Pro racing
- Including interviews of professional racers, podium finishers, discussing key topics specific to each race and racer updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with professional racers, factory teams and sponsors.
- Create, produce, manage and promote sponsors brand and products 
- Market WORCS through social media and assist in website design
- Develop new ideas, assist in directing and producing the Fastest 5 Minutes in Motorsports
