•	Tracked & monitored vendor performance with daily communication while maintaining weekly development and production WIP reports to ensure on-time delivery of both sales samples and bulk orders.
•	Ensured all materials and products are SGS tested and pass third party QC inspections for each season, resulting in quality standards which meet the expectations of brand loyal customers.
•	Managed the production process and determined the most optimal shipping methods based on sea and air freight price quotes and lead-times, resulting in a reduction of production costs.
•	Assisted in market research by working and attending events and trade shows to explore consumer product needs, refine garment fitting, research current industry trends, and new advances in raw material technologies.



Co-Founder'

Managed development and production process for a $8m category spread over multiple accounts including Bandier, Wear it to Heart, and L Space, working as a representative of the factory based in China.
Managed sourcing and pre-positioning raw materials and trims from the factory in-house and overseas material libraries, as well as external sources, resulting in cost savings and shortened lead-times for core styles.
Streamlined BOM creation and tech pack handovers, ensuring factory’s design comprehension with error-free development packages.
Work with the factory and suppliers to create and maintain delivery calendars and ensure the development and sample process stays on schedule to maintain delivery dates to customer's DC's.
Managed virtual fittings with remote teams in LA and NY, creating comments and revised specs for the factory, improving team efficiency.
Negotiated target costs with customer accounts, and worked with the factory to submit pricing matching targets while maintaining factory margins.
Proactively reviewed purchase orders and invoices to ensure accurate billing was passed to the accounting team for processing.

Senior Product Developer

Travel Documentary host for "Ride N Seek" airing on History Asia.
Ride different motorcycle brands such as Indian, Harley Davidson, Ducati, Ural, and Kymco around different countries in Asia while documenting different cultural activities, people and food as well as the motorcycle community.
Seasons 1-6 have been completed and season 7 is currently being developed.

Television Host

•	Created and maintained development and production calendars and managed the pre-production approval process from tech pack turnover to production, ensuring sample and bulk delivery dates were met accordingly.
•	Worked with design and sales teams to accommodate last minute design changes in response to fashion trends. Updated tech packs, BOMs, and spec pages to communicate all updates to factories overseas.
•	Improved product performance by closely monitoring and approving testing applications, procedures, and reports at both fabric and garment levels.
•	Researched and sourced new raw materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing partners by attending trade shows, and following industry trends.
•	Negotiated to reduce production prices to ensure initial markups were exceeded, and collaborated with a remote production team to facilitate timely order shipments.



•	Created and maintained style matrix, BOM, and tech packs from initial development through production ensure delivery dates are maintained via internal and external calendars.
•	Communicate daily with domestic and overseas vendors to ensure the pre-production process is on schedule and orders are shipped on time.
•	Created, revised and issued sample and bulk purchase orders through Full Circle, and worked with the accounts payable team to submit invoices and track payments.
•	Managed and tracked raw material inventory for domestic factory partners not offering full package manufacturing.
•	Traveled to foreign countries to visit factories and attend market events, conducting research on materials, trims, and manufacturing trends and incorporated findings into the product development process.


Development Manager

•	Managed a $7.5M category from development to production.
•	Collaborated with the design team to research fabric, trim, and molded cup developments and create comprehensive spec packages, while maintaining the style matrix and BOMs in Full Circle.
•	Interpret design comments and sit in on fittings to add to matrix and relay to vendors overseas.
•	Maintained high product quality by working closely with the compliance team on testing and inspection for each season.
•	Worked with logistics teams to arrange bulk shipments by sea or air depending on volume, cost, and delivery deadlines.
