As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator I assisted with fixture design and development for seasonal updates across all channels of distribution. I assisted in managing timelines and calendars with internal teams to ensure ship dates were met. I reviewed plannograms, renderings, and designs with the team and helped distribute feedback to appropriate vendors.

As an Event Production Specialist I am responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events. I formulate ideas and work closely with vendors to develop thoroughly executed and concise details. I manage all aspects of a project to ensure events are completed timely and efficiently. Lastly, I immerse myself fully into all aspects of the event to guarantee brand expectations and standards.

As a Marketing Coordinator I assisted in the development and production of all ASICS marketing collateral materials to include catalogs, brochures, fliers, posters and assorted graphics. This position organized all of the information by product managers and their assistants as well as working with design agencies to excecute. Aside from working on collateral I also assisted in photoshoot prep which includes styling, organizing, and working on set at scheduled photoshoots.

Marketing Coordinator

I worked underneath head designers and catalog developers on assignments that needed fast movement and expertise. These assignments included image manipulation, colorway manipulation, image processing and development. RVCA is on the forefront of clothing design seen personally while working on their Summer 2014 catalog. This particular contract assignment needed a well focused individual who had the expertise and skills to accomplish such tasks in a limited timeframe.

I worked with celebrity stylists, Jessica Paster and Luke Story on a contract basis. I was given a multitude of tasks which included the following: pulling and picking up garments from showrooms, organizing racks, making sure all garments were checked in and checked out for photoshoots/fittings. I also attended fittings for the Golden Globes and other red carpet events, and worked on editorial shoots for local LA magazines.

As a sales associate it is my job to work with customers on a one on one basis. I worked on a commission based structure and I was able to meet expected sales goals that were set. I also worked on merchandising the floor on a weekly basis, worked on transfers as well as shipping and receiving products.

Beginning as an intern I was quickly offered a paid position in the company. As a Marketing and Sales assistant it was my job to keep up on all social media aspects of the company; Facebook, Twitter, Blog etc. I also assisted in sales and strived to drive sales for the retail space in our facility as well as worked with vendors, prepping for upcoming trade shows, shipping and making sure the brand had a good image.
