Hiring, Staffing, Merchandising, Training, Shipping/ Receiving, Local grass roots marketing, Weekly events, inventory management, 

My store was very successful constantly a top earner within the company. I also assisted in district management as well as representing CG at national events. I was a part of multiple store openings as well as building programs to find the right talent to manage and grow the company from the store level. Proud to have completed the Cycle Gear University a class developed to gain excellence in retail.

Manage all daily operations of large parts department. Making sure shelves were stocked with goodies,  working with service dept. orders. excellent customer service!  Placing and receiving daily customer orders, keeping dept. neat clean and orderly. 

Managed and raced for Capitol Cycle Racing. This included a trackside retail setup that  included bike displays, parts and accessory sales and light maintenance.
