•Collaborate with sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of order management activities with business objectives.
•Present data to both peers and senior leaders on a regular cadence that keeps them informed of trends in the marketplace and OTIF performance
•Work closely with Demand and Supply planning teams to ensure forecast is accurate and customer POs can be filled on time and in full.

Sr Retail Fulfllment Associate

•Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and 
compliance with company policies and procedures.
•Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on order status.
•Coordinate with inventory control and warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and fulfill orders on time.
•Utilize order management using Netsuite to enter and track orders, update inventory records, and generate reports. 
•Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
•Manage all shipments from 3rd Party Retail Warehouse and various assembly locations.
•Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports of fulfillment performance data.

Fulfillment Associate

•	Prospect & manage new & existing B2B accounts
•	Organize monthly wholesale/private label revenue reports

•	Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiencies and lower operational costs.
•	Define and develop end-to-end business operations processes from demand-creation through order-fulfillment.

•	Acting as liaison between Sales, production, and fulfillment.

Ecommerce & Customer Service Coordinator

-Process/Route outgoing shipments in accordance with established customer requirements.
-Set-up incoming shipments from vendors as needed.

-Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
-Limit freight violation chargebacks to under .25%
-Ensure all NEFF initiated freight shipments are shipping with the lowest cost carrier.
