Digital Intern Role Responsibilities: - Offering support to account executives and assistants through general reporting duties - Researching influencer and client mentions via social media platforms -Creating and updating client monthly digital recaps - Updating client reports and case studies - Assisting in creating outreach target lists for client seedings. - Support on celebrity and digital influencer seedings/ giftings including ( and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, organizing shipping and receiving, tracking talent placements, and keeping inventory. - Provide support on all showroom admin as needed -Work to create + ship packages to influencers, assist with showroom appointments, and curate lists of new content creators. -Assist with sample requests, digital mailers, online orders, and showroom pulls. -Track history as items are sent/received to various influencers and bloggers, including timely return (if loaned). -Comb through Instagram and YouTube channels for placements -Shipping packages to digital influencers and will handle all fedex logistics, tracking and follow up. -Replenishing the showroom following digital appointments -Help create unique content for agencies Instagram channels
