Oversaw the complete redesign/rebranding of sigsauer.com including the design/build vendor selection, concepts, wireframes, and the entire build process, successfully merging multiple business units and e-comm onto an innovative, responsive and singularly branded platform with WordPress and Magento. Lead a team of content producers, manage all email marketing campaigns, co-manage our social media strategies, develop new digital content campaigns (blogs, product launches, etc) based on SEO/SEM and new customer acquisition strategies, as well as manage company intranet. Also directed, filmed, edited and co-produced multiple product videos and branded videos, as well as provided voiceovers.

Developed and implemented all digital strategies (web, mobile, social, live), for college online presence; responsible for staff of web editors, writers and interns as well as budget planning, site analysis, and integrated marketing plans.

Responsible for all editorial content of two bi-monthly magazines (Northshore and Ocean Home) while building and maintaining new online presence; designed, launched, and managed all online content as well as all social media campaigns and digital advertising platforms.

Launched and managed Boston television station’s website, building monthly page views from 400,000 to 2.8 million in one year; directed and trained staff of web producers as well as reporters and anchors on blogs, message boards, and live streaming. Monthly unique users rose from 73,000 to 450,000.

Managed all web content for the MIT Alumni Association and procured additional content through network of Institute experts, freelancers, and volunteers. Pageviews reached record levels topping 600,000 per month; planned, wrote, and edited alumni-related copy in Technology Review magazine.

Recruited, hired, trained, and managed staff of editors and freelancers for AOL's local guides; managed company's relationships with third-party content providers and talent recruiters; edited and oversaw daily production of all content, editorial calendars, and budgets in four major East Coast markets; acted as local project manager for all national assignments.
