Took on the product development, properties management and global communications for one of America’s most iconic rock bands, the Grateful Dead. Work with a diverse, cross-functional team to continuously elevate the band’s brand through new product launches, strategic marketing, and innovative content development.

•	Create and manage complex marketing calendars and production schedules. Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables meet timeline and compliance requirements. 
•	Find and leverage new opportunities to expand Band awareness. 
•	Communicate all relevant project information and marketing initiatives to the US and Global Licensing, Sales and Marketing teams.
•	Manage day-to-day operations of Grateful Dead official properties and product development, maintain key relationships with Legacy Manager, talent management, artists, photographers, and vendors.
•	Source and retain outside artists, photographers, and designers as work-for-hires. Work with BA on the development of individual purchase order agreements and see to the execution of agreement terms.




Drove global sales, branding, merchandising, media, public relations, and new media; honed corporate image, communications, and overall customer strategy for the global online retailer. Optimized digital properties, E-Commerce channel, and SEO best practices.
•	Lead the marketing team with ten direct reports. Responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives, and the development of strategic revenue-driving email marketing campaigns.
•	Executed strategies to increase quality subscriber list and generate higher conversion rates through A/B testing, updating Preference Center for better email segmentation, "Win Back" and "Abandoned Cart" campaigns with Anti-Gaming thread, Opt-down, and Transactional series utilizing sales notifications, product up-sells, review requests and promotional incentivizing. 
•	Delivered the company's strongest financial results in 4 years, bucking the industry downward trend, and grew internal operations by more than 25%.
•	Successfully integrated a new tier of high-end products into inventory.
•	Implemented new policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and streamline delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
