•	Drive merchandising strategy and assort product lines on Magento eCommerce.
•	Update sequencing and refresh shops consistently based on inventory, newness, and sales trends.
•	Manage all photography, email marketing, and site assets.
•	Stay abreast of trends in market and shop competition (stores, catalogs, web) to make recommendations to drive business growth.
•	Creates and executes comprehensive ecommerce marketing and sales strategies
•	Optimizes the ecommerce customer experience on the site (e.g. landing pages, simple menu options, navigation etc.) and the end-to-end ordering process (e.g. add-to-cart, check out, donation option, promo codes etc.)
•	Develops and implements e-store email marketing strategies/campaigns which includes maintaining a master email promotion calendar, email campaign set up, list segmentation, product selection, testing, delivery, and analysis 
•	Insures that the online store maintains a high quality by reviewing website content, identifying errors, making changes, and guiding the marketing team to improve their product listings as necessary
•	Attend quarterly trade shows as needed.

Buyer/E-Commerce Merchandiser

•	Overall visual presentation for key account stores. (Saks, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's & Neiman Marcus)
•	Implements corporate visual merchandising standards at the store.
•	Setting up special events and training customers and staff on product knowledge.
•	Open communication with Store Management and build relationships that directly impact business at the location.
•	Oversee the growth and development of brand.
•	Building displays, fixing shelves, and pulling stock from the back room when needed for merchandising.

Brand Ambassador/ Merchandiser

•	Developing visual merchandising directive for all locations.
•	Oversee new product/line additions and ensure correct placement 
•	Ensure proper flow of product within all locations 
•	Plan, design and execute monthly front door duratrans, pop, and windows.
•	Design, layout, create and all marketing materials; postcards, email blasts, coupons, gift cards, store bags, etc.
•	Attend trade shows as needed.

Owner - Buyer/Merchandiser/Operations

•	Assist in developing a team of 17 stores in all areas of business operations
•	Regional merchandising specialist training and implementing company standards and visual presentations
•	Opening new store and working with remodeled stores
•	Travel to individual stores throughout the region
•	Ensure managers have up-to-date information about procedures, sales and return policies
