-Pull ideas and present concept mood boards for approval for Women’s Ecomm Photo shoots -Ensure women’s products, lookbooks, social assets and features are styled according to brand standards. -Work closely with photographers, production artists, brands, online merchandisers, commerce buyers and production team to organize photo shoots and style models. -Directing photoshoots to ensure women’s ideas are translated and execution meets brand standards. Gather behind the scenes/ social content while doing so. -Go through select process and download best images for Marketing/ Ecomm/ Social assets. -Make final selects for email, web tiles, PDP, social imagery, and ensure photographers upload for final selection and approval by Women’s VP for all channels.

At store level: -Running Store Operations and ensure balanced process of shipment execution and sales floor service -Executing floorsets/ responsible for visual excellence HQ: -Responsible for creating monthly updates at prototype location with buying team and putting together layouts to send as company visual direction -Execute weekly styling updates / windows to send out to all stores in a timely manner -Assistant to styling product for e-commerce as well as assisting off site shoots.
