— IanI am a self-taught software developer with experience building data-driven web apps, with a specialty in Python's Flask and Django frameworks.
I am fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. My journey towards becoming a developer has resulted in becoming a fast learner with strong time management and multi- tasking skills. • Responsible for 50 Enumerators, monitoring their progress and performance, ensuring that quality of work is maintained and that work is completed on time, tracking their payroll hours, and providing technical support.
• Participated in the orientation of 3,000 local Enumerators over the course of a 5 day period.
• Conducted periodic Manager Field Visits for Quality Assurance purposes.
