- Architected an integrated digital marketing strategy that emphasized firm commitments to content marketing, lead nurturing, SEO optimization, and strategic tests in paid acquisition channels

eCommerce Merchandising Manager

Conceptualized and developed all merchandise for established action sports companies, artists, pro-athletes, touring bands, and startup clothing brands. Managed relationships with vendors and suppliers both domestically and overseas and maintained tech packs, bill of materials, color tears, and trims.

Developed new product and managed product lifecycle for clientele including Tillys inc., FTDI inc. and the NFL. Managed tech packs, sample cost estimates for both domestic and outsourced goods, vendor communications, and reviewed all incoming samples to ensure quality and accuracy.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER & MERCHANDISE MANAGER

Created and manufactured all album artwork and production, all merchandising and all marketing goods for the Fearless Records 25 band roster. Oversaw all aspects of each artist’s current releases including album art, merchandise, sponsorships, and endorsements. Managed production lifecycle for all merchandise.

Managed the production of the label’s merchandise for the industry’s largest vendors including Hot Topic, Journey’s and Spencer’s. Maintained a strict budget and met and exceeded deadlines while working one-on-one with band members, band management, record labels, vendors, and suppliers. Developed and implemented new and marketable product for every album cycle for each up-and-coming musical act on the record label for a genre specific, target demographic, maintaining the integrity of the label and bands branding and the quality of the product.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / DESIGNER

Conceptualized and developed the complete 2009 to 2011 Costume and Wig Program for the Charades Costumes line, managing the product lifecycle, working closely with vendors and suppliers overseas, maintaining tech packs, bill of materials, trims, fabrics, and sampling.

Managed and coordinated product development for each line plan. Ensured all samples match product specifications. Monitored existing client base and industry developments and identified potential new product opportunities. Confirmed project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
	- Created and developed all accessories and props, complete wig line, and costumes for the 2010 Halloween season for major retailers like Party City and buycostumes.com.
	- Became AIMS (Apparel Manufacturer, Wholesaler Importer Software) certified and managed all supplier and vendor relationships both domestically and overseas.
