Categories: Inline Men’s Cut & Sew categories, knit (top and bottom), woven (top and bottom), boardshorts, denim, and outerwear. • Coordinate with designers on assembling tech packs to include spec sheet created by tech designers, send fabric swatches and trims to vendors for incoming season development. • Build and manage WIP report from development to early production stage. • Work closely with overseas suppliers in all aspects of the development process and require initial costing. • Follow-up with vendors/factories on all inquiries and provide collaborative problem-solving. • Collect strike offs and samples, inspect quality, review with designers, and provide comments to vendors. • Attend fit sessions with designers and technical team during sample stages to maintain the accuracy and integrity of product performance. • Provide visual approvals/rejections to vendors and ensure samples meet approval standards. • Work closely with production team to update development status.

- Manage all aspects of product development of inline apparel categories including: woven, knits, fleece, board shorts, jackets, and printable - Collaborate with designers to audit and update technical design packages, ensuring accurate design documentation - Assist designers to update tech packs with Adobe Illustrator software when needed; Manage and maintain library of relevant fabrics, trims, and samples - Build and maintain development work in progress reports, with up-to-date schedule progression to ensure timely delivery - Coordinate domestic and international vendors in problem solving on a daily basis to track development progress - Communicate with a range of personnel bilingually, assisting and supporting the design, development, production, and actual factories and vendors to improve product development efficiency and minimize miscommunication - Manage all product line reviews from proto to production sample stages.
