A sales management talent with supply chain knowledge and retail marketing experience. Also, a big fan of outdoor sports and believes that engaging in outdoor activities with wild nature is the best way of appreciating the planet and life. I am extremely eager to find a group of people who also love outdoor sports; and willing to spare no effort to promote what I love about sports and share the joy and beauty of experiencing the outdoors.

1. Sales Management: Managing sales among key well-known worldwide brands, including Briggs & Riley, Victorinox, Wenger, Crazy Creek, IKEA, and Deli. Leading a 3 people team that achieved over USD$8,000,000 in sales in 2019.

2. Product development: Involving in the stage of product design, sample making, and all processes before mass production.

3. Market analysis: Study the current trend of the Bag and Luggage market in the world, especially Indonesian, the US, and the Chinese market. Not only concentrating on brands but also tracking the strategy of the competitors and factories in Southeast Asia and China.

4. Supply chain management (mainly focus on production and operation): Have a good understanding of bags and luggage production, from materials to production processes. In addition, have knowledge in factory audit, and the quality management of finish goods.


VIP Sales & Marketing Manager

1. Familiar with the outdoor clothing market in both China and Taiwan; clearly understand the consumer behaviour in the Chinese and Taiwanese retailing market.
2. Responsible for strategic planning, marketing events planning, products and brand promotion, sales management (online & offline), and team management.
3. Other activities: Market research, quality control, and channel management. 
4. Key achievement: Continuously achieve the performance goals for over 3 months with my team; clearing out about 85% of the stock (over 16,000 pieces) through one store within six months.



Marketing & Operation Manager (Beijing Branch)

1. Primarily in charge of handling the high profile domestic clients in the food, bakery, and catering industry. 
2. Main activities: Responsible for customer services, customer relationship management, product promotion, market survey, explore new market, event management, and customer engagement. 
3. Other activities: Team management and facilitating the smooth administration of day-to-day operations. 

# Key achievement: Average Monthly sales of over US$ 200,000.
