Customer Service Manager

Customer Service & Support

Over fifteen years of Customer service management experience.  Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.  Skilled in written and verbal communications.  Detail oriented and capable of handling numerous tasks simultaneously. Experience in retail multi store management.  Emphasize a standard of excellence in all work endeavors by demonstration of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as a cooperative team member.

Responsible for all customer service operations and oversee 5 direct reports in the customer service department. Provides direction and expertise in cross-departmental teams. Work closely with Sales Ops & DC to ensure all company goals are met.  Monitor and control budget and sales.  
•	Measure and monitor work flow and service performance of the Customer Service dept. Provides leadership and supervision to customer service dept. Coach and direct C/S reps are building account relationships and servicing customers with excellent customer service.  Hire, review and train new employees to meet the dept. expectations.
•	Admin support and excellent follow through to all territory sales reps and accounts. Process and audit orders.  Issue and approve RA’s and credits.  Read and understand routing guides. Work closely with DC on allocation and shipping goals. 
•	Payroll, audit time cards, typing skills 100wpm answering phones, faxing, filing and making copies.  Computer skills in AS400, Word,

•	Allocation operations, process EDI and domestic orders.  Process cross dock orders to ensure allocation is met for key accounts. Work closely with Ecom dept. to ensure orders are processed and customer is satisfied according to company standards.  
•	 Communicate marketing goals and directives to sales reps and retail stores to ensure all are correctly following company policies and procedures.
