Diaper Bag

Conceptualization and development of the accessories line at Posh Peanut, with a specialized focus on designing a Women's diaper bag. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including merchants, sales, and directors, to present concepts and source materials for approval. Designed specialized compartments for coolers and bottles, incorporating textiles logo quilting and woven lining motifs and repeats for presentation and production pitch sheets. Orchestrated packaging design from hand sketches to CADs and Excel techpacks, ensuring cohesive branding and aesthetic appeal. Established partnerships with factories and mills to expand the accessory category into a 20-piece line featuring various colorways. Maintained proactive communication through email and periodic in-person meetings to drive project progress and address any potential issues. Delivered meticulous production-ready documentation, including a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM) and Techpack with color CADs, to facilitate seamless execution.
