DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL SOURCING
	Direct the day to day sourcing operations and efforts of an innovative mattress manufacturer including contract negotiations, global vendor development, logistics, terms, resource planning, and strategic planning.
Key Accomplishments
•	Developed and implemented strategic operational process improvements that improved productivity, increased efficiencies, and streamlined processes.

•	Create and execute strategic analysis of BOM costing and created operational processes to ensure proper inventory levels, improve productivity, and increase customer satisfaction.

	Led the daily operations of a start-up company that produces heated parkas, gloves, and apparel. Spearheaded the development of production processes and procedures from concept to market including procurement and purchasing strategies, production management, vendor management, contract negotiations, distribution and supply-chain, and the development of a distribution and logistics solution for e-commerce.
