+ Assist in the planning and development of trips and clinics. + Provide positive public relations, program promotion, and policy education. + Assist and perform pre- and post trip logistics and administrative tasks. + Scout, inspect and prepare trip locations/sites and necessary equipment. + Lead and guide day, weekend and extended trips, events, clinics, and classes. + Conduct pre-trip/event meetings with participants. + Assist in promoting and advertising Outdoor Recreation events. + Respond to and follow all risk management/emergency procedures + Stay current on outdoor trends and practices. + Attend all regularly scheduled meetings. + Provide a friendly, upbeat and customer service oriented environment at all times.

+ Finance support with daily route paperwork, payroll processing, customer account inquiries. + Code and obtain GM approval for all operating expenses. + Key partner to HRBO by consulting on questions regarding key HR policies and procedures. + Assist with New Hire paperwork, timecard tracking, recruiting. + Human Resources, Finance and Sales support functions. + Develop, and continually evaluate, branch distribution plans, routes, new item distribution, and volume/sales forecast. + Plan, coordinate and organize various meetings and events.

+ Monitor sales activities to ensure customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. + Manages staff on marketing, sales, and daily operations. + Plan and execute budget and inventory regarding merchandising, operations, and marketing. + Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies with payment and exchanges, and security practices. + Direct and supervise fellow employees in effective sales skills, inventory management, and performing services for customers. + Development and expansion of new business chain to expand product lines, increase consumer market, and increase net profit. + Create regular and consistent contact with customers, identify prospective customers, attend trade shows and conferences. + Describe merchandise use and care to customers. Provide customers with product samples & catalogs. + Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
