> Assist in designing, developing and executing marketing & sales collateral for internal and external communications.
> Manage social media outlets, website content and digital marketing copy and creative. 
> Facilitate communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.
> Support General Manager, Executive Team, Sales Team, and Conference Services with day-to-day operations, and administrative duties.
> Coordinate flow of project information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
> Create, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
> Responsible for selling group business from all market regions - 30 rooms nights and under.
> Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit new and past business to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
> Monitor and execute all contractual agreements pertaining to guest room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage and special concessions.
