• Responsible for all of west coast US and west coast Canadian in house customer service as well as all direct to consumer customer service • Providing daily communication with independent sales representatives, retail buyers, end consumers, Warehouse, Accounting Team, Sales Manager and General Manager • Warranty Assessment and replacement • Order entry/fulfillment/management on a day to day basis as well as entering order pre-books • Prepare and manage shipping requests from the office as well as a 3rd party warehouse • Office management, ordering and managing supplies as well as scheduling maintenance when required • Processing Credits and Rebills for the accounting team • Consulting with the accounting team to make sure payments were up to date and terms were met • Managing personal Expense reporting through Zoho • Assisting with the planning of company events and sales meetings, sourcing any required needs • Providing support to upper management when needed • Prioritizing tasks and being efficient with time management ensuing deadlines are met • Team oriented, self-reliant, creative, strong problem solving skills • Quick learner, eager to succeed, ability to multi task
