Senior Buyer - Retail Full Price, Off Price, and E-Commerce

Marketing & Sales

Currently, I am employed with Joe's Jeans, as their E-Commerce/Retail Senior Buyer.
 I graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, with my degree in Merchandise Marketing, previously receiving my Associates Degree in Oregon.

•	Manage all aspects of the Retail and Ecommerce merchandise buying.
•	Work closely with the planner to ensure buys are in line with our OTB.
•	Report on best sellers on a weekly basis, as well as seek out inventory fulfillment and site merchandising opportunities. 
•	Execute markdowns, and transfers for all channels; Ecommerce and Retail.
•	Work closely with Allocations, Ecommerce teams, and the warehouse, to ensure inventory is well managed, transfers are well executed, and inventory is displayed correctly on the site.
•	Review the site on a weekly basis to ensure products are active and merchandised appropriately.

•	Manage all aspects of web analytics related to Ecommerce and communicate relevant information to team members.

•	Build, manage, and maintain an Ecommerce inventory and sales forecast OTB, as it relates to the plan set by the company.
•	Report on best sellers on a weekly basis, as well as seek out inventory fulfillment and site merchandising opportunities.
•	Responsible for KPI reporting on a weekly basis, i.e. demand revenue, site traffic, conversion, orders, AOV, units, UPT, shipped revenue, returns, GM %, and GM $.
•	Forecast margin % and margin $ to determine promotions and markdown strategies.

E-Commerce Planner

•	Direct report to the Vice President of E-Commerce.
•	Active manager to the Ecommerce Buyer. 
•	Manage all planning aspects for the 5 brands beneath the La Jolla Group umbrella; O’Neill, Metal Mulisha, FMF Racing, Spiritual Gangster, and Roark Revival. 
•	Drive the merchandise planning, buying, inventory management, and revenue planning for all E-Commerce channels. 
•	Build, report, and maintain the OTB’s for each brand by division. 
•	Manage the buying process, on the style/color/size level, while aligning with the OTB’s revenue and inventory requirements. 
•	Choose product to feature on respective brands landing pages based upon product insight, sales inventory, and analytics. 
•	Work closely with each brand’s sales and M&D team to build on-trend assortments focused on each brand’s demographic demand(s). 
•	Conduct regular remerchandising to support onsite marketing content, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
•	Develop and execute website merchandising strategies using sales reporting, inventory data, site analytics, and individual brand management guidance to increase conversion rate and attain financial targets. 
•	Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting exercises.

•	Manage all category buys within the men and women’s divisions for agjeans.com, with direct report to E-Commerce Director and Brand Manager. 
•	Work closely with planning, to deliver against OTB and financial expectations. 
•	Partner with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure execution of cohesive product vision. 
•	Develop seasonal assortments and key category concepts. 
•	Maintaining a healthy relationship with design, to see that all customers’ needs are met and product is on trend.
•	Collaborate with coordinator in regard to website merchandising, and visual display. 
•	Identify growth opportunities and establish long-term strategies to meet monthly/yearly goals. 
•	Manage markdowns and promotions, as well as analyzing results. 
•	Present monthly/yearly business recaps to the executive team. 
•	Successfully single-handedly implemented omni-channel shipping capabilities, while maintaining a strong working relationship with the warehouse teams and customer service. 
•	Advanced use of the One Stop platform and assisted in the transition to Demandware.

Ecommerce Buyer

•	Assist the Divisional Merchandising Manager with all aspects of product assortment in order to meet financial and strategic plans using all channels of distribution, for 7FAM Outlets and Ecommerce. 
•	Work closely with Visual, Store Operations and Marketing, to ensure the product specifications and information is obtained. 
•	Act as liaison between vendor and packaging/design/editorial teams for product and packaging specifications and timing. 
•	Track and manage samples including ticketing initial, production, and photography. 
•	Work with the creative team on signage and in-store collateral, provide with product information (facts and pricing).
•	Identify markdown and promotion opportunities online and in outlet stores. 
•	Create seasonal assortments and key stories. 
•	Work closely with design and production to build a “made-for-outlet” denim line, as margin builders.

E-Commerce and Off Price Associate Buyer

•	Work hand in hand with the planners, buyer, and visuals to make sure each of our retail stores receive the correct assortment. 
•	Analyze our business based on sell thru %, customer profile, weeks of supply, top sellers, and climate. 
•	Allocate each month’s floor set, replenish our basic denim each week, track inventory in DC, enter orders for the buyer, and create size breaks. 
•	Maintain pricing, and markdowns.
•	Advanced use of One Stop platform.

Retail Full Price, Off Price, and E-Commerce Allocation Analyst

•	Maintained inventory levels in all DC and Quiksilver retail and outlet stores within the United States. 
•	Managed over 78 stores’ inventory levels, forecasted sales, managed buy breaks, updated WOS reports weekly, reviewed and worked from the OTB reports.
