• Present mood boards, inspiration, and color stories for each collection • Design and CAD all headwear silhouettes (including ball caps and beanies) • Create tech packs and specs for each style • Design new inline and custom prints for each collection and help with layout • Retouch, color correct, and put prints into repeat • Follow design schedules to ensure deadlines are met • Cross collaborate between design, sales, production, and marketing departments

-Collaborate with Category Manager & Design team in early concept stages to establish seasonal themes, colors and materials -Design & develop men’s & juniors collections including knits, wovens, & small accessories -Create & maintain detailed design technical packages including fabric, trims and sewing details -Negotiate all costs, minimums and lead times with domestic and offshore vendors -Work closely with Technical designer and Design team to maintain design integrity & brand standards in styling and execution -Style the product for seasonal photo shoots -Present line at Global Sales Meetings
