Answered questions about different products; assisted customers in selecting merchandise that best suited their needs. Helping customers with returns and exchanges, making sure they have a positive experience with the shops. Opening and closing procedures for four combined shops; counting tills, organizing merchandise, sweeping/vacuuming floors. Getting new inventory out on the floor in a visually pleasing manner.

Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas. Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed. Serve food to customers when waiters or waitresses need assistance.

Providing a safe and child friendly environment for the two children. Setting aside time for kids homework, and being able to help with any questions they had. Transporting the kids from school, sports, appointments, and other entertainment activities.

Transport children to schools, social outings, and medical appointments. Supervise and assist with homework. Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties related to children's care. Help prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals and snacks for children.

Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Share product knowledge from items/brands that we carried. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas. Receive and process customer payments.
