I have known the racing culture all my life. My father started out as an ATV Motocross racer, switched to racing semi-late’s in the dirt track car series, and then retiring his dreams and passions to help my brother  pursue his professional GNCC Racing career traveling across the country and even internationally.  Needless to say I ride ATV's as well. My passion runs deep and racing will always be in my blood; I could not possibly see my life without race fuel and rev-limiters.

Although my experience and education are medically based, my desire is to transition out of the healthcare industry and dive deeper into my real passion: powersports. 

Design and implement periodized training programs either online/web-based or in person for ATV/Motorcycle racers as well as the general population, utilizing Trainerize as an online personal training platform, consulting clients prior to program participation, instruction and modification of proper exercise form, teaching Olympic lifts such as the Deadlift, Squat, Power Clean, Power Snatch, etc,  creating and sending invoices for efficient book-keeping

Design, implement and supervise individualized exercise programming for thoseith chronic diseases, conditions and/or physical  shortcomings, presenting lectures to patients educating them about the various aspects of disease, rehab, exercise, etc..assist clients to lose/gain weight, improve aerobic capacity, decrease heart disease risk factors such as high body fat and high blood pressure, poor cholesterol levels or high blood glucose levels, patient charting, 3-Lead EKG reading, monitor blood pressure and heart rate, perform blood glucose testing, radio show interviewing, understanding insurance and benefits for patients, designed and implemented ideas for increased productivity, designed and implemented department strategies for patient and staff efficiency, 

Exercise Physiologist for Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation

Receive/process stock received from warehouse, involving: unpacking, counting, tagging as required, folding, sizing and placing on the floor, with overflow stock in back room and stored areas, assists in preparing the store for the day including: replenishing garment styles and other merchandise by folding, sizing, and merchandising as required, prepare clothing for hemming including pinning, completing necessary documentation (customer/store hemming slip); and educating regarding timelines for completion , arrange for mail and/or delivery, as required, to other locations and/or warehouse, utilize the Point of Sale cash system, processe payments, refunds and exchanges and issues gift cards, prepare alterations for pick up, unpack boxes for inventory as required, under the direction of the Store/Assistant Manager perform/complete other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request
