<p>I am a life long Southern California resident with a breadth of experience and an ownership mindset working within the action sports and PPE industry. I have focused on heat and cold stress and have spent a lot of time within the eCommerce and OEM/Custom product fields. Bringing a customer service flair to everything you do seems to be a lost art these days. ·	Generation and growth of retail sales base through website, email and social media campaigns. 
·	Vendor management for finished product and component sourcing.
·	Development and growth of wholesale dealer base through phone, email and social media. This includes all pricing, promotional programs and B2B support and merchandising.

·	Product development for OEM and branded item programs.

·	Management of E-Commerce sales including Amazon Vendor Central, Chewy, HomeDepot.com, Fanatics and Uline with annual sales of $3.7million. 
·	Implemented and managed the company’s first inside sales team consisting of domestic and international sales staff. Responsible for recruiting, training, metrics/evaluation & promotion.
·	Expanded sales to small and medium sized MRO and Logo specific customer bases by 47 % via inside sales team. 
·	Management of OEM/Custom product manufacturing for key customers from garment inception to packaging and seasonal delivery with annual sales of $600,000. 
·	Frequent interface with Chinese and domestic production managers and suppliers. 
·	Streamlined international distributors and partners including facilitating shipping documents, international payments, and exclusivity agreements. Average yearly sales of $500,000.



National Account Manager

·	Management and over 75% growth of Industrial and Power Sports distributors and wholesalers within the United States.
·	Implementation and management of E-Commerce sales including Amazon Vendor Central, Chewy, HomeDepot.com and Grainger totaling $1.2million or more per year. 
·	Management of OEM product manufacturing/projects for key customers such as Fly Racing, Protective Industrial Products, Bullard, and Harley Davidson equating to $500,000 in annual seasonal sales.
·	Oversaw entire process from garment inception to packaging and seasonal delivery. Frequent interface with international and domestic production facilities and suppliers to facilitate projects.
·	Development and orchestration of seasonal products and job site specific training and certification programs for manufactured products.



Sales Manager 

·	Accelerated Walmart sales through seasonal call and email campaigns from $50,000 per season to over $300,000 per season.
·	Expanded sales for shipping warmers and specialty items to end users into a $500,000 a year customer base.
·	Increased ecommerce sales through Amazon, Walmart.com and Uline by over 50%.
·	Domestic travel for trade show and corporate training ten to twelve times per year, this included savings goals tied to overall trade show ROI.
·	Streamlined material sourcing and purchasing of POS and packaging supplies equating to a 20%+ reduction in yearly costs.
·	 Led event logistics and internal employee management for trade shows and corporate events.
