A clean hair care brand rooted in Latinx heritage and founded by Babba Rivera. Oversee strategy and lead and execute influencer and creator partnerships (paid, organic, and for UGC creation), advise on and streamline comms across social, email, website, and retail channels, managing affiliate marketing (publisher & community ambassadors), brand partnerships and experiential, as well as supporting PR and retail marketing efforts, especially focusing on Sephora.

Defined brand strategy and led all marketing initiatives (including creative direction, social media analytics, planning and copywriting, brand partnerships, influencer gifting, and e-mail marketing) for Then I Met You, a new skin care brand and experience by Charlotte Cho of Soko Glam. Winners of 12 industry awards, including the 2019 Allure Best of Beauty Award for the Living Cleansing Balm. Partnerships included the Hoxton, AWAY, Her name is Han, and ba&sh Paris.

• Account Strategist at Influenster, a product discovery & reviews platform that puts brands in the hands of everyday product-savvy consumers. • Served as daily point of contact for 30+ brand clients/agencies across several industries (including: beauty & cosmetics, retail, pharma, food & beverage, etc.), overseeing campaign execution from end of sale to final performance reporting. • Achieved high client satisfaction & develop strong client relationships through effective listening and communication, maintaining a track record for excellent campaign performance and timely client service • Contributed proactively to the analysis of best practices for client services and optimization of internal workflow to drive efficiency and scale. • Partnered with internal teams to support app & marketing initiatives with the aim of optimizing user experience, increasing user reach, and enhancing product performance.

• Supervised the 65th (Class of 1950) and 70th (Class of '45 & '45W)/Senior Reunion headquarters • Provided thorough host and support services to all guests attending the weekend's festivities • Compiled and processed incoming registrations for the Class of 1950 and communicated with the classmates to confirm payment and activity and accommodation requests

• Collaborated with the Director’s Office staff to execute logistical details and provided on-site support for approximately 10 events per academic year, including art conferences, scholar visits, and exhibition openings • Generated specific sections of the YCBA’s website, including bios and research descriptions of scholars in residence

• Compiled legal toolkits related to the Center’s work to be distributed by the GLP counsel at several conferences • Maintained priority mailing lists with comprehensive contact information for over a hundred affiliated international figures • Reviewed journal articles and revised legal citations related to the current state of global reproductive health and rights

Collaborated with the Yale Educational Travel team in a variety of administrative duties including statistical record keeping and travel brochure maintenance

• Monitored the library’s online catalog and a host of external law databases to fulfill document requests for partners • Personalized the new intranet sites for each of the practice groups to permit easier access to relevant links and resources • Conducted research and synthesized findings of specific laws and statutes for the environmental practice group

Assisted one section's professor in grading daily homework and maintained a gradesheet for all of the students
