As the Finance Administrator I am responsible for day to day bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of both USA and CAD accounts, invoicing, bill entry, tax filing, and commission processing. I also oversee 3PL and EDI management, as well as, order processing for all wholesale customers in North America.

As Accounting Administrator, I was responsible for all accounting and record-keeping activities, including but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, HST filing, and year-end tax duties. I was also in charge of the organization of all FINTRAC documents and record-keeping for all purchase & sale agreements within the brokerage.

I also managed customer service for all B2B customers and assisted in managing B2C customer service for 2 brands via email management.
