As the Finance Administrator I am responsible for day to day bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation of both USA and CAD accounts, invoicing, bill entry, tax filing, and commission processing. I also oversee 3PL and EDI management, as well as, order processing for all wholesale customers in North America.

As the Accounts & Service Manager, I was responsible for all order processing, invoicing, and accounts receivable for all B2B commerce. I also managed customer service for all B2B customers and assisted in managing B2C customer service for 2 brands via email management. I was also responsible for the reconciliation of accounts for both CAD and USD accounts, as well as, assisting in accounts payable and cash-flow management.

As the main customer service contact I am responsible for ensuring all orders are processed and shipped correctly. I am also responsible for all accounts receivable for North America across 3 brands and maintaining good customer relations for all retailers.

As a fulfillment coordinator I was responsible for the company’s outgoing shipments both nationally and internationally. I was responsible for all warranties for all brands, and assisted the Accounts Manager with accounts receivable duties.
