• Responsible for the efficient operation of NJIT's recreational and athletic facilities (Wellness and Events Center - WEC, Warren Street Fitness Center, Naimoli Tennis Center, and Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium). • Mange and oversee all orders from Game One, shipments, and inventory of apparel for the 17 NJIT sports teams along with WEC and athletic facilities equipment. • Assist in high level game operations and production for all NJIT Division I sports. • Lead contact for all athletic department equipment and building vendors. • Coordinate with the athletic department to develop a plan for capital improvements for athletics and the facilities.

• Was a main contributor in opening a new store location while managing store operations, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer service. • Hired and trained new employees regarding business information, technologies, and products we use and sell. • Developed a marketing and sales plan which lead to significant weekly/monthly increases in store/website visits and revenue.

Executed hundreds of large-scale Division I athletic events which included coordination with NEC conference, away teams, referees, ticketing, radio and TV production, and staffing. • Managed athletic operations for facilities, game operations, and equipment services including BSN apparel orders. • Hands on experience fixing arena equipment such as bleachers, replay cameras, scoreboards, and media table repairs.

• Assumed all responsibilities from previous Associate Athletic Director of Facilities and Operations. • Managed all athletic facilities, calendars/scheduling, and logistics between both Brooklyn and Brookville campuses. • Lead administrator for team and game operations for the football, basketball, volleyball, and aquatic teams. • Effective supervision, training, evaluation, and accountability for staff in equipment services and gameday operations, including full-time employees, part-time employees, interns, and student workers. • Managed and organize the budget as assigned using resources while working with the business administrator. • Developed and implemented strategic operation planning for individual sports and the athletic department.

• Helped the Assistant Athletic Director with daily operations, scheduling and supervision of all athletic facilities and events. • Assisted in all COVID-19 planning and execution within the athletics department. • Coordinated all intercollegiate teams and department operations, various athletic events, and equipment managing.

• Assisted with development and operations such as scheduling, recruiting, player workouts, and team building activities. • Applied organizational skills to schedule the team camp, recruiting visits, and all other university basketball events.

• Assisted the Athletic Director with internal and external day-to-day operation of the athletic department. • Helped the athletic department in areas such as recruiting, marketing/ticket sales, operations, and event managing.
