2000 – Present

Creative lead at this boutique branding studio. Instrumental in creating brand and rebrand positioning for a host of world-class clients and exciting start-ups in a wide range of categories. Responsible for creating visual and verbal brand genetics that include: Brand Storytelling, Naming, Iconography & Identity, Tagline and Copy Direction, Store Design, Package Design, Digital Design, Print Design, Trade Show Design and Advertising. Clients include: Five Below, McDonald’s, DiGiorno, Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, Giant Eagle, Mizkan America, Build-A-Bear-Workshop, Syracuse University, ETHCL Cannabis and many more. Highlights: • Recently rebranded and collaborated on new store design for Giant Eagle Grocery - one of the largest privatively held companies in North America. • Instrumental in the branding and store design for Five Below which has grown to 1000 locations doing over $1 billion in revenue. • Led branding and package design for the Pizzeria! line from DiGiorno which contributed to a 70% increase in sales - one of the most successful launches in their history. • Branded the web-based vegan delivery service Veestro, which helped raise $1.5 million in venture capital. • Branded the 2014 Syracuse University Capital Campaign which reached it’s goal of $1 Billion in contributions. • Recently rebranded Taco John’s to galvanize their loyal fan base and attract new customers to the midwest-mex favorite with over 400 locations. • Creative lead on branding and design for 3 consecutive International Home and Housewares Trade Shows running from 2006 - 2017. • Made one client cry (in a good way).

Co-led a team of art directors and copywriters involved in conceptualizing and producing national promotional marketing campaigns to convert sales for top-tier clients including: PetSmart, General Mills, Keebler, Build-A-Bear-Workshop and Shell Oil. Highlights: • Led brainstorm sessions, was responsible for the creative output of my team. • Interviewed, managed and reviewed creative staff. • Managed creative budget. • Creative lead on new business pitch that landed the Build-A-Bear Workshop promotional account.

Contributed in the conceptualization, design and creation of national promotional campaigns for clients such as: Target, Frito-Lay, USPS, Amoco & McDonald’s. Highlights: • Created seasonal Display Programs for Target • Created Displays and POP for national Frito-Lay back-to-school promotion. • Created Displays and POP for seasonal USPS promotions. • Co-created and art directed national TV and radio spot for Partnership For Drug Free America. • Art directed photo shoots for several campaigns.
