— GregI'm looking for a change into a less seasonal business.
As a VP of Sales, I've seen the retail world change dramatically. To stay ahead of the curve, I've changed my job description from someone who manages, recruits reps and oversees the business to include Key Accounts Manager, Customer Service, In House Sales and territory Sales Rep where we may have a vacancy. Companies are shifting and in order to stay involved and relevant in the industry I love, I embrace the change and lead in new directions.
