We are the leading designers and manufacturers of innovative high-end technical outdoor equipment and clothing. Our company is staffed with an amazing design team and incredible employees who, only through their great talent and experience, make Arc'teryx's continued success possible.

Building teams is so fun! Starting from the ground up and fitting together the jigsaw of human personalities... While I love working on my own,  developing projects and building relationships with my community I also love speaking to groups about topics and ideas that I am passionate about.  I find training groups or individuals personally rewarding, whether it be a business need, internal development or coaching someone to work on solutions in overcoming fears in life or outdoor pursuits. 

Outside of the career, my passions are sport and trad climbing, mountaineering, back country ski, surfing and cycling on and off pavement. My Best Day? :  Traveling the west coast in my well loved 2005 Chevy Express AWD... 240k miles and we keep rolling, Squamish to Sayulita.

California

Direct oversight of 14 retail doors in Los Angeles and Orange County including project management of 3 new retail doors in this  region.

Regional Manager 

Responsible for new store openings as well as existing retail units, specifically development of Custom Framing division of the Aaron Brothers chain which is a division of Michaels INC. In this role I manage partnerships with Regional Directors, prioritizing business needs and facilitating training while promoting the growth of Aaron Brothers culture through influential leadership. Excellent communication on a global scale is a large part of this role due to the organic nature of this 120 store chain.

Manager of Operation, Custom Framing Segment  

Operations Implementation/Management of the all retail facets including training, coaching and people development for Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego County. New store project management is the most rewarding part of this role with continued partnership with Regional Managers leading to outstanding results in existing doors and new retail stores. Prioritization of individualized goals and training plans based on a clear understanding of opportunities in sales and selling. The Operations Specialist is also responsible for other operational duties at a corporate level such as customer service management, creation of company SOP (policy and procedure) and managing excellent customer communications.


 Operations Field Specialist, New Store Development

Recruited from inside the organization to oversee relocation, remodel and operations of Aaron Brothers exclusive "Prototype"? locations in Hermosa Beach, CA- Irvine, CA- Walnut Creek, CA and Reno, NV. Prototypes are the spearhead of the organizations growth strategy. In this role, the P.M. acts as point person for all tactical details in store opening from start to finish implementing training and standards in these retail locations while driving the operations, sales and customer service experience and paving the way to world class.

A General Manager of a specialty retailer exercises dynamic leadership while directing each department of a retail location. Custom Framing Design and Sales, Custom Frame Shop production and multiple retail departments ( Art supplies, Picture Frames and Home Decor) 

-Excellence in sound merchandising and clarity of sale driving promotions, Nimble execution of support center directives that react to a changing retail environment and driving optimal customer satisfaction and associate job satisfaction in the workplace is the daily "to-do list" of a successful General Manager.
