Ten plus years as Director of Retail Operations for Massey's Professional Outfitters, four years as District Manager and ten years as a Store Manager for San Diego based Adventure 16. Act as the liaison between 7 Eleven Inc and 7-11 franchisees in the San Diego area.
? Work with franchisees to determine the best product assortment for their location
? Guide franchisees in best practices to increase margin, sales, and transaction counts
? Instruct and guide franchisees through proper procedures and practices as directed by 7 Eleven
? Uphold 7 Eleven standards through use of weekly meetings and disciplinary documentation
? Work with other consultants and vendors to reset stores as per market directives
? Reset locations in preparation for the changeover to new franchisees
