Key Renponsibilitie: -Increasing growth rate of new customers for specific channels -Researching and testing new acquisition tactics and channels -Collaborate across functions to optimize user experience and customer journey -Systemizing working tactics to grow them as large as possible -Outlining and implementing various growth experiments to improve various funnel metrics -Analyzing data from multiple sources to understand what is/isn't working and why. -Coming up with new growth hypotheses for specific channels

Key Responsibilities: -Leverage data to understand product in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of Transifex users & developers -Drive projects focusing on new user growth, developer engagement, and revenue - working closely with design, product, engineering, and data teams -Work both on core Transifex products like the SaaS platform, data analytics, and instrumentation, and offsite marketing channels like SEO, SEM, and email -Use tools like Hadoop/Hive, Oracle, ETL, R, PHP, Python, Excel, MicroStrategy, and many other internal tools to work efficiently at scale -Create and maintain business and product metrics reports - be the subject matter expert on in-house or 3rd party data
