Currently seeking marketing and content roles in the sports industry having completed my master's degree in business, sports management. Working as a ski instructor and national park guide currently, I am looking to transition away from guiding and instruction roles to a position that more closely align with my education and experience with avenues for increased responsibility and progression.

•	Manage a portfolio of organization-wide digital projects, ensuring that outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards
•	Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders and vendors to manager the delivery of digital projects
•	Maintain broad editorial and brand oversight of the Brotherhood digital presence to ensure editorial consistency, quality and brand adherence
•	The authoritative advisor of the Brotherhood regarding the achievement of strategic action plans in relation to the organization’s online presence and digital channels
•	Manage and maintain social media functionality and advise on usage for media platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter and other emerging services


Digital Manager

Venue Manager

•	Directed the web and design development for the University’s promotional website, external campaign, faculty and campus website, social media pages and all other related sites. Worked with cross-functional teams that include professionals from New Media and Digital Marketing to develop website management and content strategies. 
•	Optimised front end code and ensured clean mark-up, styles and JavaScript to enhance user experience. Improved mobile browser and tested and implemented cross-browser, cross-platform and cross device functionality.
•	Collaborated with faculty and other stakeholders to gain critical public information for publication on the website. Ensured accuracy and integrity of all information on the web and maintained high professional standards in presentation, written communication and technical functionality.
•	Developed information architecture and built several department websites including the Monash University Gippsland website, Museum of Art Website, Faculty of Science and IT. Worked in collaboration with a team of developers to create the Pharmaceutical Sciences website. 
•	Created and implemented global newsletter template and global email templates.
•	Utilized Dreamweaver and Interwoven TeamSite, the content management system, to publish all website content. 
•	Key member of several committees and governing bodies including the Technology Services Group, the Editorial Group, Faculty Web Representatives Group, and Web Steering Committee.

Web Content Manager

•	Created and implemented marketing strategies to increase awareness of department programs and University offerings. Coordinated advertisements with major newspapers and manage social media to develop visibility in key market segments. 
•	Tracked website metrics using Nielsen Net Ratings and open source solutions such as Google Analytics for website improvement and link integrity testing.
•	Led regular training sessions to educate users on new CMS modules.
•	Directed and oversaw execution of the BusEco Bulletin and its electronic circulation to faculty. Coordinated recording and editing of video content distributed with the newsletter.

Web Content Coordinator

•	Created and implemented games and activities aimed at teaching snow skiing to children and adults. Quickly assessed student’s skill level and developed lessons for improvement.
•	Adhered to a strict daily schedule and informed parent of activities carried out during the day and progress achieved.
•	Collaborated with other ski instructors to create student groups based on ability.
•	Operated ski life according to resort and CPTSB safety standards including performing daily safety check, end of day ski run, closure and lift shutdown procedures.
