Creative Lead / Owner

•	Grew the internal design team from 5 to 16 members over 2-years, cultivating a positive 
remote and in-house environment while providing clear, actionable direction for daily creative and production tasks
 
•	Utilized design skills and presentation expertise to secure contracts with noteworthy clients including Google, Edwards Lifesciences, Skydio, Golden State Foods, BlackLine, and King’s Crew

•	Initiated the redevelopment of a company wide client folder structure and file naming convention system that aligned with project management software, enhancing efficiency and collaboration for asset creation, organization and distribution within SPMD’s departments

•	Established a comprehensive design studio project photo library, organizing photographs and video assets of completed projects with raw and retouched variations for easy accessibility and reference

•	Developed and implemented the standardization of design production templates for all print and CnC cut files within the studio team, specifically organized to meet the requirements of internal and external partner needs

Director of Design Management

•	Introduced the company's first GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified tee shirt line for men and women and developed sustainable trucker hats and beanies

•	Directed and designed various brand initiatives and artist collaborations for apparel
 
•	Created a standard template for apparel tech packs, including accessories and headwear, providing a consistent look and use for outside vendors
 
•	Rebranded the full line of shipping boxes and consumer facing packaging inserts

Creative Lead

•	Creative lead for GoPro’s retail channel marketing, packaging, trade shows, athlete and ambassador activations, product trainings, and corporate communications initiatives

•	Worked directly with the CEO to develop the GoPro brand aesthetic for global launch events, retail footprints, and corporate offices throughout the globe

•	Supported 8 product launches over the span of 6.5 years, successfully managing and delivering global creative marketing assets, while adapting to shifting launch dates and creative staffing challenges

•	Strengthened relationships between internal teams, global distributors, and specialty retail partners by expanding the offering of regional specific marketing assets

Creative Director

•	Hired, trained and collaborated with marketing design teams in EMEA and APAC regions
 
•	Designed and directed the first GoPro retail stores in APAC, plus the first retail pop-up store experiences in North America
 
•	Created custom regional-specific marketing and training materials with hyper-localized imagery and translations for global partners increasing brand authenticity globally

•	Grew sales 10% YoY with Amazon, Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s with custom tailored selling tools, such as customized floor displays, digital brand and product pages, and training materials

Art Director 

•	Developed and lead the rebuilding of the internal creative server for all marketing assets and supported the GoPro Partner Center (B2B and B2C) website platform

•	Introduced the first Retail 360 Product Launch Tool Kit for GoPro distributors, retail partners and sales teams, increasing brand consistency, growth and sales with templatized ready to use marketing assets
 
•	Pitched and produced specialty campaigns, promotions and custom experiences for big box retailers and smaller specialty accounts

Senior Graphic Designer

•	Conceptualized and executed the first Retail 360 Marketing Tool Kit for Roxy’s retail partners and sales teams, setting the bar for the new retail marketing deliverable standards for all brands under the Quiksilver company umbrella
