As ac Lead Motion Designer at Monks, I spearhead the development of high-impact motion content across a diverse range of digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, and developers, I guide visual storytelling from concept through execution—ensuring every frame aligns with the brand’s voice and project goals. I lead by example, mentoring fellow designers and pushing the team toward excellence through innovation, consistency, and a deep understanding of motion language. My role combines hands-on design with creative direction, bridging big-picture thinking and meticulous craft.

I designed and animated interactive websites, apps, online games, social media content, web banners, and emails. We would start with initial design comps and storyboards. If your design was picked by the client the team would move forward with that design to completion.
