• Route all licensed graphics through Unity as directed by Art, Merchandising, Sales, Account Managers and Licensing.
• Work closely with the teams noted above in order to expedite the process and create maximum efficiency through each step.
• Work closely with Creative and Account Management teams on communicating any and all revisions to graphic submissions, and follow up with routing the revised graphic/s in a timely manner.
• Create line sheets for all licensors requesting this form of documentation.
• Ensure all branding elements are accurate on cads as directed by Licensing.
• Support the Licensing Coordinators, VP of Licensing Operations, VP Core Merchandising (or their designate) when necessary for licensed submissions. This may include special projects, providing supporting materials, or other documentation in order to help expedite approvals or adhere to licensor demands.
• Organize and maintain the process by which all submissions are routed through Unity.
CSULB Campus Couture

CSULB Campus Couture is an organization that is apart of the the California State University, Long Beach Fashion Department. Campus Couture is the the largest student-run event by five selected students who plan, develop, and execute an annual fashion show that displays the fashion departments senior and junior class designs.
As 1 out of 5 coordinators, I served as the Design Coordinator for the 27th Annual Campus Couture Fashion Show. My responsibilities entailed, but were not limited to
-Served as a liaison between professors, coordinators and senior/junior class design students
-Developed and enforce event dates for the student designers and models
-Organized campus model auditions
-Assisted the Fundraising coordinator to develop production funds
-Developed interpersonal relationships with sponsors, business, and industry related individuals.

OBEY Clothing

Formed in 2001, Obey Clothing was an extension of Shepard Fairey range of art. Obey Clothing is deeply inspired by the classic military design, basic every day work wear, and cultural movements. While interning under the design teams of designers Mike Ternosky, Erin Wignall and head pattern-maker Mary Lombard, I was able to apply my foundation of design skills as well as learn and grow in safe positive environment.
During my time as a design intern, I was able to work in multiple departments of the company such as design, marketing and merchandising.
-Updated line-sheets for spring/fall 2015 salesman book
-Compiled and updated design tech-packs
-Managed and sorted garment samples
-Processed merchandising data-entry
-Observed and shadowed weekly garment fitting's
-Helped update spec-sheets for garment samples
-Assisted in marketing department photo-shoot projects

Ashley Fox is a Los Angeles based retail store that launched back in 2013, becoming the largest accessory only store in the SoCal area. It has become the go-to store for fashionistas and brides-to-be at an affordable price for their special day or just any day !
While during my time with Ashley Fox Accessories I was responsible for several job task and assisted in many different categories such as
-Brand Development: web site traffic growth, website development
-Advertising: managed social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook), assisted in ad-campaigns development
-Merchandising: data-entry, copy writing, product inventory, trend forecasting, up dated merchandise to store website
-Communication & Outreach: communicated and reach out to social media bloggers.stylist and management companies.
