I'm a modern, entrepreneurial-minded marketing professional, possessing a diverse set of transferable skills and a proven ability to deliver results, be resourceful, and add value to the team. I'm a life long student and always looking to expand my knowledge and skill set. I have 12+ years developing professional experience: working in sales, managing teams, published photographer, working with social media, and marketing strategies. After that, I went to school and got a bachelor's in marketing.

I help facilitate GU Energy Labs sponsored events in Run, Bike, & Triathlons.
Field sponsorship request, product expert and education, administrative permitting, staffing & on-course orders.
In person events, expo set up, customer interaction, and brand representative.
Pushing the boundaries to get GU recognized by the skateboard community and bring the stoke to keep people outside, moving, enjoy life for what it means to them.

Daily duties included administrative roles: Mail, invoice processing, budget entry and marketing support/coordination.
I also helped the company extended social media reach by managing event content capture process (video & photo), increasing engagement, followers, landing page visits as well as store foot traffic. Improved cross department collaboration by fostering process transparency. Developed a channel for retail-level employees to submit genuine customer centric content directly to HQ marketing team. Supported optimal fiscal planning by managing budget tracking spreadsheets for the marketing department. Ensured seamless workflow by managing ad-hoc administrative roles.

Achievements:
Collaborated on creative briefs for social media and email marketing, boosting performance and shortened project cycles.
Grew social media audience demographic by expanding product marketing selection.

Marketing Assistant

This role was a contract role for a single co-creation process.
My daily duties were to coordinate the media (video, photos, and word docs) from each interview room. I would make sure camera set up and break downs were completed. The media had to be backed up to external hard drives and I had to trouble shoot any malfunctions with the equipment. 
During the interviews, I transcribed important comments made by the customers that may lead to insight. After the interviews, I assisted with validating any consumer insights learned during interviews. The data was used to identify ways to increase use of an application and the best reward system when used.

Marketing Research Assistant

During my internship at Farm Fresh Clothing Co I performed a s.w.o.t analysis, complied competition and market placement assessment, as well as building a product list for event planning.
The daily work was geared towards building a list of products the craft brew industry used. This was done so we could tailor product marketing material to resonate with possible clients at a craft brew invent.
I also spent time shadowing the sales manager who controlled the social media account. Getting in field training to meetings, linking social media accounts to cross post content.

Marketing Intern

I was part of the concierge team but handle the support side of operations. I managaed inventory for all 5 homes in our area and ordering supplies. During delivery, I would do walk through and work with concierge to organize repairs and large scale appointments where guest can't be on site.
On top of that I oversaw schedule car maintenance for the Cadillac's (two vehicles). Oil changes, repairs if damaged when rented, washing and filling gas.
Monthly responsibilities were standard time cards, online expense reports, personal record keeping.

Concierge Support

As assistant manager, I helped the management team motivate the sales team (30+ employees in store), personalized monthly review and action plans for employees, drive sales, reach and surpass monthly goals, solve problems and resolve escalations, I was the only Spanish speaking manager. We also helped control inventory, cash/deposit handling, monthly reports, facilitate new hire on-ramp procedures.
As part of the sale team my responsibilities revolved around selling advanced products and services to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Product focus was mainly wireless and home service with emphasis on smart phones and their respected OS systems (ie: apple iOS, Android and Mobile Windows smart phones and tablets). To be successful I worked with managers to create challenging but attainable goals. To reach these goals, we used company tracking system mixed with office tools like Excel and Microsoft Word.
