Having worked in the creative and design field professionally for the past 13 years, I thankfully have been able to collaborate with many talented and giving people. I have worked directly with: large corporations, small business owners, design agencies, photography studios, retail companies, churches, non-profits, and schools. 

My worldview is that we are always in “beta” with room to improve and push forward. I believe a team that shares feedback and constructive criticism produces diverse perspectives while reaching better solutions. It is keeping to the mindset that life gives you opportunities rather than problems.

• Redesigned the company’s logo & created its brand guidelines.
• Redesigned Freedom Forever website.
• Supervised the creative team & worked alongside the marketing department to provide support & provide design solutions when needed.
• Oversaw all aspects of the brand, design, & development of collateral for campaigns geared towards customers, employees, & independent authorized dealers.
• Oversaw all content created by the video producers, motion graphics artists, photographers & design team separately.
• Led the team in switching from Wrike to Asana as the main project management system.
• Worked to motivate & support all creative staff, resulting in a healthy work culture.

Senior Art Director

• Oversaw all aspects of design and maintaining the brand alongside a team of designers, video producers, motion graphic artists, and copywriters.
• Worked with different department leads to strategize the creation of campaigns for unique ministries, annual events, apparel, print, and digital collateral.
• Led the creative team in researching and introducing processes that cut our cost with software, print collateral, and digital services.
• Oversaw and art directed the redesign of their main website.

Art Director

• Assisted the marketing team in the creation and execution of concepts and campaigns.
• Maintained relationships with outside vendors that provided collateral for events and promotional material.
• Redesigned the company’s logo and created its current brand guidelines.
• Photographed events and content for promotional and marketing purposes.

Senior Graphic Designer

• Worked with the art director to create and design content for print material, digital collateral, web advertisements, apparel, and videos.
• Photographed products for use in promotional and marketing material.

Graphic Designer

• Worked with the school leadership to design print and digital collateral used for promotional purposes.
• Taught a general computer class for kindergarten through 3rd grade.

Graphic Designer / I.T. Technician

• Specialized in digital retouching and image manipulation/composition for all photos.
• Assisted lead photographers for all shoots on location and in the studio.
• Assisted photographers in the organization of all photos and folder structure for archiving purposes.
