Partner Sales Associate/Franchise Operations Assistant

Proficient in Group Sales & Coordinating for Corporate/Event outings. Excellent with customer service thus knowledgeable with all computer applications. Experience in personal shopping, managing online clothing company, including all financial responsibilities.

•	Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•	Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance in regards to information on bulk tickets
•	Welcome customers to the online store and answer all inquiries
•	Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
•	Actively seek out customers in outbound sales
•	Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
•	Process POS (point of sale) purchases
