Powered by a passion to spread the “good word of pow and stokeamine” to students and alumni across the country, Outside Life brings groups nationwide to the mountains we fell in love with. Our team boasts over 20+ years of industry experience, having traveled over 400K individuals to top-notch ski resorts across North America. 

Outside Life specializes in crafting one-of-a-kind, multi-faceted trips including après ski gatherings, ski culture, live entertainment, themed parties and a variety of on and off mountain events. Our mission is to introduce young adults to new experiences beyond their college towns and show them how life is best lived outside.

Lifestylez represents a variety of ski and snowboarding tours for college and young adult groups. Our competitively discounted packages focus on the highest quality of products, including ski vacations to the most respected mountain resorts in North America.

Director of Group Travel

- Assist in the registration process of over 1,200 guests
- Involved in the planning, staging, and execution of trip events
- Manage trip arrival and departure logistics

Winter Tour Staff

- Exceed monthly sales projections month over month
- Increase market visibility and resident satisfaction through market outreach and 3 to 5 community events each month
- Foster a team-based work environment built on trust and accountability 
- Establish mutually beneficial partnerships within the community to increase visibility for each party
- Create and publish social media content to promote the new apartment community
- Review monthly demographic analytics to tailor messaging to meet our brand and align with our customers
