Graphic Designer

Create and implement innovative designs for a comprehensive range of men’s and women’s custom triathlon, cycling and running apparel. Manage all aspects of the design process including client communication, trend research, fabric/trim/stitching selection, pre-press and post-production. Work cohesively with sales team to maximize client satisfaction and revenue through all stages of the production process for up to 60 clients simultaneously. Collaborate with production manager and suppliers to meet strict deadlines while achieving the highest quality output and utilizing a strong attention to detail. Design and implementation of marketing communication materials such as catalogs, collateral, trade show graphics, email marketing and social media.

Graphic Designer - Custom Apparel / Teamwear

Responsible for a high-profile district consisting of 8 stores generating $16 million annually. Ensured consistency of brand delivery with teams through store visits, conference calls and daily touch bases. Provided effective feedback, coaching and training to ensure constant development and accountablility. Successful talent acquisition and succession planning to leverage strengths of teams within the district. Upheld top-level visual standards to ensure the image and style of the company was projected at all times. Successfully managed all store expenses, including payroll and inventory control. Corporate point of contact for support on implementing new music, marketing ideas, forms and training documents.
 

District Manager / Southern California, Arizona and Hawaii

Managed a $3.5 million store of 3,500 sq ft with up to a 40-member team. Trained and developed Assistant Managers and team members to be effective sales, service and operating leaders. Actively monitored customer satisfaction and feedback systems to drive continuous service improvement. Received top 10 rankings in 4-wall profit, sales volume, payroll control, inventory control, key performance indicators and clearance sell-thru. Traveled to over 25 stores around the country to lead store openings, remodels, register installations, recruiting, training, re-merchandising, inventory prep and execution.
