Freelance Marketing Coordinator at Halston Heritage

•	Performs the administrative and operational functions supporting the buying team.
•	Responsible for the full life cycle of the Purchase Order as well as markdowns.  This includes writing the POs, changes, cancellations and necessary follow-up (both internally and externally) to ensure key shipments are delivered and processed.
•	Provides on-going analysis and interpretation of key business issues including the monitoring of regional merchandise reports, Open-To-Buy, stock analysis and other ad hoc reports.

•	Develop marketing plans to coincide with efforts of public relations, sales, and design teams to build and launch marketing campaigns and ensure cohesive brand messaging
•	Assist in organization of seasonal marketing photo shoots, productions, look books, press kits, branding packets, and corporate communication
•	Keep updated lists of client contacts, requests, and transactions. Manage project plans and outlines
•	Experience in marketing techniques, including email, social media, direct mail, advertising, and public relations and in the implementation of strategic marketing plans that are market-focused and cost effective.
