Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring athletes, maintaining payroll and weekly scheduling, processing new-hire paperwork, managing inventory and product flow, utilizing SAP reporting on a daily basis, coaching and developing athletes, maintaining store operations and motivating team to achieve sales goals.
