Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal 

Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations 

Design, support and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the Organization.

Effectively enable volunteers and staff so they can take action on behalf of the organization

Help insure that the Organization’s mission, vision and values are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization


Design presentations for product launches globally. 

Educate retailers on product, technologies, suspension, marketing, events, sales and advocacy. 

Create content for online education platforms.

Lead group rides for MTB and Road. 

Travel frequently for  retail visits and education. 

Work with product teams to create effective and consistent messaging for product.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning
Create strategic and tactical plans that guide the company’s public-facing communications and activations.
Social Media Marketing
Design, implement, measure and report on engagement of consumers and dealers through the company’s digital presence via blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and other relevant digital tools.
Conceive, produce and publish blog posts, articles, newsletters and communications materials.
Create or cultivate, edit and share daily content (images, videos, graphics and text) that builds meaningful connections and encourages interaction.
Email Marketing
Build and maintain segmented subscriber lists.
Develop and execute subscriber growth initiatives.
Plan and implement email campaigns to targeted lists.
Evaluate and report on activity and results through application and Google Analytics.
Digital Advertising
Continually assess endemic & non-endemic channels for paid promotion.
Plan and activate digital advertising

Community Marketing Manager 

-	Set clear goals together with the National Activation Manager to drive trials that engages new users and expands the consumer base
-	Recruit, train and lead the activation teams and brand ambassadors
-	Coach brand ambassadors to continually reinforce best practice and delivery defined strategy
-	Brief/manage activation teams to ensure execution of events 
-	Manage requests for the activation teams regarding sales support and sales drives within the region
-	Coach and empower each activator to play an active role in the planning process to ensure a constant flow of fresh ideas to grow user base
-	Network with local contacts and opinion leaders to generate broad reaching network opportunities in line with strategy to grow user base?
-	Manage expense reports, budget authorization and all other administrative paperwork for direct report responsibilities
