- Responsible for coordinating the design work and gels the team involved in the entire construction process, right from the work of design thinking team, architects and the planning phase, to the studio work and the final construction.
- Overseeing and designing all creative and marketing assets involved with the brand.
- Creating all assets for a variety of platforms and formats. (Social, ads, print, web, email, video, photography)
- Managing all organization of creative assets.
- Thoughtful and engaging digital content produced for a variety of website, email campaigns, social media channels and digital ads.
- Production design work, including image edits, banner sizing and file organization for all brand creative assets including package design and POP/POS.
- Brand reinforcement and upholding brand guidelines across all assets for cohesive visual alignment.
- Create dynamic and original presentation and sales materials for Sales and Marketing team.
- Creating assets in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Bannersnack and other platforms for design work and brand needs.
- Found multiple programs for faster creative process and work flow needs for marketing campaigns, social and sales team; such as, Later.com, Monday.com. and SocialMeep.com(This increased work flow and IG engagement within 2 weeks at 35%) Bannersnack, Clipchamp and Animoto.
- Styling, lighting and photography of product, recipes and social media needs such as giveaway brand collaborations, lifestyle shots and much more.

Creative Designer + Manager

- Responsible for creative direction and execution of digital marketing campaigns including social, display and video to drive new customer acquisition.
- Lead designers to create social channels and marketing promotions that drive engagement and conversion while inspiring our customers and provide ongoing direction to advance the creative point of view of brand.

Development of original, trend designs for the use in private brands such as Peanut and Ollie and Energy Zone. Researching trend, color and other competitive brands. Ensure current knowledge of benchmarks along with inspiration applied to designs. Collaboration with other members of the product development team and buyers. Approvals of submits and finalization of fashion CADS.
